On behalf of the Master and Fellows of Clare College, we are delighted to invite you to the upcoming 1958 & 1959 65th Anniversary Reunion Lunch. 

The lunch will be held in College on Saturday 9th March 2024, starting with a Drinks Reception (location in Old Court tbc) at 12:15pm, and Lunch in Hall at 1pm. The event is due to finish no later than 3:30pm. 

Dress code is lounge suits or equivalent. 

We also invite you to contribute to a reunion booklet for your class year, which will be handed out at the event. We will send the booklet out electronically after the event too. Please email events@clare.cam.ac.uk before Friday 1st March 2024, with a short biography of no more than 350 words and a photo if you would like one included. 

Accommodation at the Møller Institute, Storey’s Way, Cambridge, CB3 0DE

As the Reunion Lunch is taking place during term time, we are unable to offer accommodation in college. In light of this, there are a small selection of rooms reserved for you to book at the Møller Institute, located near Memorial Court on Storey's Way, should you wish to stay overnight. The booking for these rooms will close on Wednesday 28th February 2024, but we recommend that you book as early as possible, as there are limited space that the Institute can offer us. 

The rate for a single room occupancy is £110 per night, and £130 for a double occupancy - this rate is fully inclusive of breakfast, WiFi, Parking and VAT.

Card details will be required when booking, but please note that payment is taken on departure, and that the institute has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Please be aware that parking in Clare is only available for those with access requirements and/or Blue Badge holders. If you have requested parking, please go to the Memorial Court car park on Queen’s Road. There is no need to display a parking permit as we have details of your car registration number (please double check details above) which will enable the porters to identify those cars belonging to guests attending this event.
