The Campaign for Old Court

In preparation for Clare College’s septcentenary in 2026, the College has committed to restoring and renewing Old Court. The purpose is to protect and conserve this vibrant centre of Clare life, ensuring that the Grade I listed building is equipped to meet the needs of a twenty-first century education.

College Teaching

The supervision system – teaching undergraduates as individuals or in small groups – is at the heart of a Cambridge education. Our goal is to ensure that current and future Clare students continue to receive this world-class education, by recruiting, retaining and developing the best academics across all disciplines.

Student Support

The pastoral support and guidance provided by the College to each student through the tutorial system can be transformative of students’ life chances. Our goal is to maintain and expand this provision, so that each student has access to as much support as they need, where and when they need it.
